I went to Chik Fil A specifically bc the employees are always friendly at any Chik Fil A I have been too. Its my favorite place. I went here 7.12.23 after an 11.5 hour shift at work. I didn't wanna cook, so I went through the drive through to order a sandwich. I pull up and its obvious the lady hates her job. No greeting! Just what do you want. When I asked Jaden (name on reciept) how much a spicy chicken deluxe was she said 9 dollars and some change. Then I asked why is a sandwich almost 10 dollars. I don't want a combo. She rolled her eyes and said, "Here we go!," and rolled her eyes. I never said the word combo, so she just assumed I wanted a combo. No idea why the attitude and eye roll. I let that slide, bc I just wanted to go home and eat. I pull up to the window. The cashier was extremely nice, and I asked for a cup of water. She glady said okay, and had mentioned the small water to another employee. As she was calling out for the water another woman employee walks up to the window and looks directly at me and rolled her eyes super dramatic like a 5 year old about to throw a temper tantrum. This experience left me just wanting to go home and cook. I came to get a sandwich, not a large side of attitude. I expect that from Walmart and McDonald's, but not Chik Fil A. This is my first time at this particular location & I will never go back. I live close by, so this is really unfortunate. I did pull up and go inside and just returned my food because at that point I didn't not want the sandwich. I told the manager what happened, and he didn't seem super surprised. I was given a refund immediately, saw it on my account, and the refund was removed the next day. So I had a horrible experience, then paid anyways for a sandwich I returned. Also, I failed to mention I had never been to a chik fil a where the food wasn't fresh. Obviously no one cares at this location about customer complaints or reviews. Read moreThis location has been a repeat offender of missing items, slow with orders, and long wait times. The last 2 can't always be helped but on top of what occurred during my recent two visits, I will not be returning.
Last time I visited (9/9/25), my card was charged twice for a meal. The first time was at the drive thru. The young lady was having issues with her iPad so used a different machine to run my card. When I got to the window, the young man giving me my food asked me to pay again. I showed him my phone indicating that my card was charged but he insisted that there was no record of that charge and that it was probably gonna be cancelled and said I needed to pay. He was incorrect ultimately and my card was in fact charged twice per my credit card statement.
This time (9/24/25) was the most egregious, however, as this location gave me RAW chicken on my chicken sandwich. The perimeter was cooked so I'd made it 1/3 of the way in before biting into the thickest part and being struck with horrifying knowledge that I may have consumed, lukewarm (not hot) pink flesh. Completely unacceptable. I'm not sure what kind of quality control is happening back there but I do not want salmonella and have no desire to be bedridden due to carelessness.
This is unfortunate as this CFA is the closest to me but this was the straw that broke the camel's back and I will not be returning to this location. I called the manager working at the time to let her know I may not be the only one with raw chicken during lunch rush and she was very sweet and apologetic. Those that work at the counter and at the drive thru taking orders have always been very kind so this is not an indictment on the service. Read moreUPDATE: Yeah, I’m never coming back here again. Thought I’d give them another chance. After having my mobile order confirmed in the drive through line, I got to the window only to be told they were out of biscuits and was asked if I wanted my chicken biscuit to be an English muffin or a bun instead. I opted for the English muffin. Turned out it was burnt. Also realized that my partner’s Coke was actually a Diet Coke once I got home. I don’t understand how this location is so consistently bad. It’s astounding.
Pretty annoyed that it’s come to the point of writing a review. Every time I come to this location (which is not super often) at least one thing is wrong with my order. I pretty much exclusively order through the app, so there shouldn’t be any excuse for this.
Today I ordered the breakfast burrito meal and the chicken biscuit meal with the parfait. After going through the drive through line (which I had zero issues with, every one was pleasant and the line moved relatively quickly) I pulled into a nearby parking lot to check my order. Turns out they’d given me chicken minis instead of the biscuit. So I went inside and got the chicken biscuit I was supposed to get to begin with. Once I got home, I realized the granola for the parfait was also missing.
