No one greeted us when we entered and I had an online return with a big box. The cashier kept yelling at the other workers that I had a return but that only one particular person could handle it. However she never offered to take my box so I wouldn't have to keep standing there holding it and never even spoke to me to confirm that is what was in the box. She was very rude. Finally after about 10 mins. the one return lady came up and never introduced herself but also just asked for my invoice. She never asked to take the box either. I just sat it down and huffed. That's when she said yes you can sit it there. Now I'm not sure if she was trying to be rude or not intentionally but it felt that way to me. Next, she started asking for all my pieces of clothing which I happily gave and walked off telling her I wanted try on other bras to replace the too little ones I had ordered at that point she seemed nicer and willing to assist by pointing me in the direction of where to find the same particular ones I was returning. However after a hour of searching for replacement bras the cashier told me I could only return online because it was a PayPal order. At that point I could only laugh, it was in BOLD letters on the invoice but I just wished that the supposedly only trained cashier would've caught that in the beginning instead of wasting our time. Read moreI received an outfit as a Christmas gift from my Niece & the corresponding top was too big, I don't normally shop there but wanted to see if I could do a swap for a smaller size which they had in stock. I asked this question while at the counter purchasing some other items. I was told that I would've had to perform an exchange with a gift receipt (which I didn't get with the gift) by January 9th, I said ok & proceeded with current transaction. I noticed one of tops had a couple small holes in the back as she was folding it to place in bag (that looked as if it could have come from the security sensor that had been removed during the sales process) & I asked if the item could be refunded, was told no, in that it was a clearance item (no funds allowed-final sale), I could honestly digest that policy a little better if I had gotten home with it & came back a few days later with this concern but I was right there & had just noticed the deficiency. Don't get me wrong, I understand policy but I also understand customer service & I don't believe I received the best of that. I again said ok. Didn't know the Associates name in that her badge was turned around in the opposite direction but later looked at the receipt & saw that it was Jacqueline M. Read moreI went into this store with my mother 10/22/23 and had the most phenomenal experience. Ebony and Patera were very helpful throughout our experience even staying 2 hours after closing time to continue to help my mother and I create an entire new wardrobe for me. Excellent Service.
Tonya the manager on staff went the extra mile for our experience. She made sure that we had everything we needed, including adding helpful suggestions for EVERY single outfit! I suggest going to this location anytime she is there. She was very kind, insightful, and comforting during my experience. Tonya also stated we could stay and continue as long as we needed. I am not much of a shopper and normally would get frustrated after the first hour of shopping. Tonya made my experience so great I was able to last 4 1/2 hours! I am so grateful for her and the rest of her team. They all contributed in their own ways with Tonya at the head making an outstanding lasting impression on my life.
