Computer 1 Inc. — Local services in Bismarck

I didn't like anything about this outfit. Had them build me a computer in January of 2015. They put the wrong parts in and charged me for what was supposed to be in there. When I initially took it home I gave them a 2 minute call to ask a question on which connects to use. They got belligerent and asked if they should come and help me set it up. They said that would be $80.00 per. That is when I took it to their competitors to have it checked out. Yup they tried to rip me off. I gave the computer back to them and was refunded in full. I should have read the reviews. Go ahead, take your chances if you wish. They are not to be trusted, and offer no service on what you buy, or should I say on what you are supposed to have bought. I can back this up by the professional computer service that I had check out the computer...

Ethan Haag - You're a fool if you think you can build a PC for what you demanded. Licensing Windows, and a decent CPU(i7) is already 400+ dollars alone, and that is without mainboard/ram/GPU/case/PSU/SSD/mouse/keyboard/monitor/backup/antivirus/etc.

You're clearly not building the same quality system that is being provided by this business, and also seem to have a lot of angst, as you posted the same incompetent review on the C-Ram page.

Unfortunately, YOU are the one who is clueless as to how these types of businesses work, and what an actual "Gaming" PC is.

Note: i5 with 8gb of ram, a regular HDD, and a single cheap GPU is NOT a gaming system, but a barebones build (That's what your 500 dollars would get you, barely, on sale). Learn what a real PC is before you talk bad about established...

They say dogs are man's best friend but technology is a frenemy. (I don't know who said that, maybe Abraham Lincoln.) My external hard drive decided to present an emotional challenge this summer. I was truly at my wits end, but when I entered the Computer 1 doors I was greeted by a gentleman who provided me with the time to share my plight and, with no promises, provided me with the options to hopefully address my dilemma. The genuine interest and time that their staff spent with me decreased much of my anxiety and in the weeks to come, the phone calls offering updates, affirmed that I made the right choice to bring my business to this establishment. The results - success! I highly recommend Computer 1, James made my frenemy moment a lot...
