We had a horrible experience with Conlins when we went to purchase our furniture. in Feb 2021. We were originally told 24 weeks when we placed our order however it took over a year. Our originally delivery date was Aug 21, 2021. We followed up with Conlins in Oct 2021 because our salesperson never called to update us on the status of your order when it did not arrive in Aug. At that time, we were told our recliners had already arrived, however our couch should arrive in early Dec. The week between Christmas and New Year's my husband followed up with Conlins again after no information from our salesperson. We were told then it would be there in Jan. I followed up with our salesperson in Jan 2022 and was told that it was on a truck with a delivery date of Feb 18, 2022. As this day came and went my husband called and spoke with a manager. After 1 year of waiting for our furniture management at Conlins did start updating us weekly on the furniture statue. In the meantime, we had filed a dispute with our credit card company. After the dispute was received by Conlins, I got a call telling me the furniture was going to be here at the end of the week. My husband got a call the same day saying that it was going to be here the next day. By the time we talked it over and decided that we did not want to deal with them anymore, we were told that the furniture had just shown up. We moved forward with our dispute and got our money back. Read moreI wish I was able to write a good review, but I just can't. We ordered a dining table set back in September. It came in when it was supposed to, but when we picked it up and got home the table was the wrong color compared to the chairs. So we let the salesman know, and it took almost 1 month before they delivered the correct table (we live 45 miles away). Then they brought the wrong table legs so they had to come back the following day to fix that. Okay, things happen, I get that. The salesman tried to make things right by getting us a big discount on a bedroom set we have been eyeing, so we decided to go through them again because the same thing can't happen again, right? Well, that came in on time, but when it came for the first time to deliver, it was too cold for them to come. Okay, understandable. So we had to wait an additional 2 weeks before they were coming up our way again. Now, when they were supposed to deliver tomorrow we got the call saying they sent one of our dressers to Billings (or Bozeman) and they are "hoping" to get it back in a couple days and "hopefully" will deliver this Friday. It is very frustrating that we have gotten this the past two times in a row now. We have bought other things in the past and never had any issues. We would like to continue shopping there in the future, but not sure it is worth all the hassles having to deal with...
Read moreI am less than satisfied with my experience recently. We purchased a product from the Conlins store in Bismarck. The salesman was helpful and the purchase went fine. The problem came with everything afterwards. We were told that the item would be delivered on the 12th of December, which was perfect as my wife had the day off. The 12th came and at 4:45 I called the store to see when the item would be delivered. I was told that it wasn't scheduled for delivery even though the salesman said it would be delivered on that date, it was estimated to be delivered. I wasn't told by the salesman that this was an estimated delivery date. I was told that I would have tho speak to the salesman about that. The earliest date that they could NOW deliver was the 18th. My wife had to take the day off from work to be there as we were assured that the delivery crew would call the day before to give a more specific time. No call until the 18th about 15 minutes before delivery. The item was delivered but missing some items. Nothing heard from the store. I went to the store on the 22nd and spoke to the salesman. He knew we were missing some items, but no calls to arrange for us to get them. I guess customer service applies only while the item is still not paid for.
