I’m being asked repeatedly (3 times in two days) to immediately review this business. My experience hasn’t been great so I wasn’t going to, but they keep texting, so here we go.

The whole reason I picked this place was because their website looked nice and had lots of information. It in no way reflects what you see when you walk in the door.

The nicest way I can say this is that the front desk workers are unwelcoming. Their system seems to be difficult to manage and they rarely say anything nice or reassuring. I have tried twice to get lab work done and it has yet to happen.

The waiting room smells overly of heavily perfumed air freshener attempting to cover a previously smoked in building. It was so strong I kept coughing.

The doctor I made an appointment with was not who I ended up seeing. They put me with someone different without telling me. She then explained that she would not be managing my entire care. She would be sending me to other doctors for all the different facets of my care. This is not a practice I have seen before but I can understand where it would make sense as far as getting money from insurance.

My first visit (to establish care) I ended up seeing 5 different providers. Since then they’ve been asking me who my provider is when I try to get information. As if I would know that?
