Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Bixby

Extremely disappointed. My third time there. In addition to my stomach turning, I don’t think the chicken was even thoroughly cooked tonight.

The first buffalo chicken melt was amazing and I thought that’s my favorite food although it could’ve had a little bit more buffalo sauce in it no biggy.

The second buffalo chicken melt declined and I asked for sauce on the side (the response for asking was not welcomed)

The third and the very last that I ever order from this location was a disaster minimal seasons on the top, very little to no cheese no buffalo flavor at all, very dry, chicken seemed odd and disappointing

I called in and asked if it’s the same cook for every night the young man that answered the phone was very inconvenienced by my call. I had hopes to get better food next time. NOT LIKELY NOW!

I would highly recommend looking into another location as this one has no interest in customer satisfaction, or even trying to make the food better.

As a restaurant owner myself, I take pride in the service the product served, and the customers opinion.

The "Big New Yorker" I received was essentially one giant soggy, greasy pile of cheese and pepperoni. The slices weren't cut large like they were supposed to be ("6 XL SLICES," the box says; yet I must have had 12 regular-sized slices). There was virtually NO SAUCE that I could taste (did they even use any!? I honestly don't know). There was also no oregano, and although the original Big New Yorker had no oregano I was still interested to see what kind of impact it would have on the overall flavor.

I'm probably going to wait a few weeks and give it one last shot, but man what a complete and utter waste of ~$17 that was. Deep down inside I was afraid the sauce wouldn't quite be the same, but to seemingly have no sauce AT ALL? I never would have expected that level of incompetency. Oh well. If the second time isn't the charm, I think I'm just going to chalk this pizza up as a Big Fraud and keep the real Big New Yorker tucked safely away in my childhood...

Ordered curbside (because it was raining) at the Bixby, OK location. Curbside signs basically said either wait for a staff member to come out or call the location number, which was posted on the sign. I waited... staff looked outside but didn't come out. I called at least 6 times and it didn't go through. Then I called a final time and it went to the call center. I had to repeat my phone number about 4 times and she still didn't get it right. Right about that time a staff member came outside and yelled "what is your name?" I told her and let her know that I tried to call. She said "our phone ain't workin'" and went back in. She finally came out with my order. I've ordered here before and got good service. This experience was so bad that I'll be ordering delivery from another...
