El Coyote Guapo — Restaurant in Bixby

I am basing it off of a visit during lunchtime, and I specifically went for the tacos. The concepts for food combos are amazing, but the delivery in the tacos was lack luster.

The pork belly was hard and dry. The taste profile was good. The tortilla isn't cooked properly the consistency is still dry. As a consumer of many tacos, I know, lol. They need a little more time on the griddle. The carnitas were salty, and the salsa verde was bland. It's not worth the amount paid, but I would have gladly done so if the delivery was there. They serve it with chips and a side of salsa. The chips were great, and the salsa isn't spicy- kiddo friendly. There are other items on the menu to try, too, so I will definitely get to that at some point.

I look forward to trying the pizza with figs and goat cheese and perhaps have a better experience.
