I was quoted 140 over the phone after telling the locksmith exactly how many doors I needed re-keyed to include deadbolts. Locksmith showed up and I showed him all the doors and he began to get to work. I left to the store and get a call from my wife her charged us $245. After calling and talking to Austin about the $100 upcharge without explanation he told me the he would call me back within an hour to make things right. After telling me I was wrong... this was on the first of the month. It’s now the 7th and no call, no compensation, no care.... there are other locksmiths in the surrounding area I recommend you don’t waist your time with this place.

Just know if you do decide to go with this place, the quote they give you will be upcharged, after the work is done not before... you won’t know you have to pay more until they have finished working, and they won’t call you back or be the local small town...

Called these folks last week when a deadbolt lock we had become stripped out. The fellow who answered the phone (Maybe Matthew?) was super helpful and said they’d be happy to look at it if I brought it in. When I took it in he got me straightened out with a new latch. He fixed it right there in the store in about 5 mins for under $10. He even straightened out the spindle which had become twisted.

I was afraid I’d have to replace the whole lock. All of our keys match and I didn’t want to have to use 2 keys on the same door. Really pleased with their service and relieved I don’t have to use 2 keys or replace all the other locks.

I called and emergency line person was so unhelpful and rude. They said they couldn't get to me because they had appointments all day but maybe sometime tonight so, I asked if they could do that, and he said no, he can't make appointments and to call back later and he said around 4:30 or 5 and said that it would be an extra fee because that was afterhours. I was so frustrated but I said that would be fine, and could I get his name in case I had any other questions. He refused to give me his name. So unprofessional!
