I had the worst experience of my life! I was casually walking around looking for a specific kind of candle. I stopped a lady who clearly worked there if she could help me but she brushed me off! She listened to what I said and completely walked away! Her name was Teri if I’m not mistaken! After that I tried looking myself and still struggled as I am an elderly male just 3 years way from 70. I then asked her again if she could direct me to the candles to which she then just pointed at a direction not giving me any specifics or using words! I asked where that area was and she sighed and finally walked me over to the spot. When I asked for the specific candle she responded with “ Look I don’t know if we have it” and continued to give me the most useless amount of attitude. I am a loyal customer and I come at least 4 times a week to spend my money but every time I am given the opportunity to ask someone a question about something and it is this Teri lady! She always gives me a hard time and I’ve had it! I hope she isn’t a manager but if she is then God speed you find a new one! And to top it off I witnessed her yelling at employees. Unbelievable! I visited this location yesterday in the morning. They were discounting alot of the store during that time so I grabbed a few items they marked down. As I proceeded to go purchase my few things one of the items they didn't want to honor. (Which I thought was weird because they literally just marked it down) I'm more then sure you could see it in the camera's aswell and the reason I bring that up because the Manager that got called over claimed they didn't mark that item down and implied that "Someone" must of put it there meaning "me" you could tell by her angry demeanor she ment it that way. I didn't argue over a few bucks I just refused to buy the item which infuriatedher more And she just continued talking under her breath and getting red of anger I recommend to re rhink who yall have representing the stores name because I know Marshall's policy I personally used to work for that company. I like the store this even have quality clothes and a large selection and home goods as well. The construction workers that are working on the remodeling project here at this Marshalls are some of the most rude unfriendly people I have met in years especially the guy running the forklift or the lift truck. I asked the guy running the Lyft truck a question and he just looked at me and said yeah I do care and get the hell out of here Don't let me see you back here again. This is bad customer service from Marshalls contractor doing the remodeling work this is not a good way to attract new customers or as I am a repeat customer to Marshalls might not be coming back again because of this gentleman running the forklift.
