Taco Bell — Restaurant in Blaine

It's one of the top Taco Bells in the Blaine area. Order is always accurate and prepared how requested and food is always good.

The manager Terri is absolutely rude!! I visit very frequently, one of my favorite fast foods and this location is local to me. That being said, every SINGLE TIME Terri is working she is rude to customers and employees. Currently here and I hear her from dining scolding and yelling at employees, who'd wanna work under her thumb?

6-9months ago I was here for lunch, got a cup for water as I don't usually drink soft drinks ever. Water comes out of the same dispenser as the strawberry lemonade which has a deep red syrup.... filled my water up and it had a small tinge of pink in it due to the residual syrup from the shared dispenser, it was clearly only water that had been tainted... Terri yelled at me across the restaraunt that I need to pay for the drink, I looked at her dumbfounded and she yells that I'm paying for a drink "next time". I explain that residual syrup mixed into my water and she just walks away. What manager yells at a customer across the restaraunt and creates a scene and humility? Especially when it clearly was no soft drink other than water?

You always know it's her in the drive thru, very brute and rude which whatever I don't need you to be joyful like Santa Claus but you'd think a business would want a face of their business to leave people feeling happy with their service.

Everyone else employed at this location is absolutely polite, happy, and wonderful.... except Terri.

Someone needs to get her out of the customers eye or have customer service training with her.... she's consistently in a scowled mood with anyone that encounters her, Including the employees.

All that beside, the food is great here...

I have had no issues with this taco bell, until this past Saturday. At approximately 1am, my car pulled up to a very long line at the drive thru. We waited out the line (10ish minutes) until we got to the speaker (aka the point of no return) and we begin our order. Halfway through the order the lady says "we're out of chicken and steak" mind you this is 1am, so we order ground beef since it's all they have and we slowly pulled forward. 10, 20, 30 minutes passed and we barely moved. Ee had already ordered and could not back up, pull out, move/leave in any way shape or form. We FINALLY get to the window to pay, we pay and we wait. We wait a solid 5 minutes and then get a bag. This bag consists 2 items, neither of which we ordered plus it was missing stuff. So we wait, and we wait. Finally, the worker realizes we are so there. She opens the window and we tell her our order is wrong, she apologizes and takes it back. We wait again, 5ish minutes and finally get another bag of the order we put in (the right number/shape of items at least). So we drive home. We get home and the beef quesorito is completely wrong - cold sour cream, lots of it, dried out/burnt ground beef and some nacho cheese but absolutely no rice. Literally worst thing I've had at taco bell. The other orders, fine, not great. Fiery doritos locos taco, hardly any meat but plenty of cheese, etc. My point, I have never had an issue for breakfast or lunch but a late night snack has never been so...

I ordered from the Ulysses st location in Blaine MN and I will NEVER order from this location again. This is at least the third time they have messed up. The first time I went I waited in front of an empty counter for 10 mins and was never even acknowledged, finally just left without ordering. The second time I had a mobile order, got my confirmation that the order was placed and they still lost my order and I had to call in to the store and wait about 20 mins for them to even find my order. This time I thought I would give them one last shot, placed a mobile order, waited in drive thru line for almost 25 mins cause they claimed their system was down, told them I had a mobile order, they couldn't find it, was told to go to the window and they would see what they could do, showed them my order on my phone and they keyed it in, told me to go around to front of building and they'd bring it to me, went around and waited another 20 mins for them to bring it too me and EVERYTHING about the order was wrong. Ordered no beans on burrito and burrito was covered in beans. Ordered nachos with no tomatoes and they put extra on. If you want to have a positive experience, STAY AWAY from...
