Broadway Bar & Pizza — Restaurant in Blaine

I feel like I'm lying to myself giving this place a star!! It was a HORRIIBLLEEE experience!! My husband and I, along with our 15 month old son walked in. The hostess was talking to a couple of coworkers, ignoring us at the door, talking about other coworkers! They all gave us eye contact, while still ignoring us at the door. Not a single smile or greeting! After about 3 minutes of waiting, the hostess just says: "So, 3??" She walked us over to a booth, didn't even offer a high chair for my baby, and just walked away. She didn't even tell us our waiter would be coming, NOTHING!! My husband walked over to the high chairs grabbed one and a waitress says: "No, they're not for the booths..." Like seriously!!! Then why would you give us a BOOTTHHHHHH when you clearly saw my son!??!! I have never felt sooo discriminated and honestly SORRYY for the kind of people running this business! I grabbed my son and walked out! I will not allow some racists to discriminate my 15 month old SON!! I took my hard earned...

Just had one of the worse experiences for my family. My wife, daughter, and son went to the Blaine Broadway Pizza for my son's birthday this Friday. Monday is “Kids Eat Free” in Blaine, and my son (who is special needs) loves trains. At the restaurant, my son was excited about that train and yelled "Train, Train". This upset a customer (without kids) who complained. We had been at the restaurant for 5 minutes, and neither of my kids had eaten, but we felt so uncomfortable we decided to leave.

We were then asked to pay but hadn't eaten a meal. We talked to the wait staff at the host stand (who were insistent that we pay our bill because “we’re not kicking you out, but .....”

So much for a “Family Friendly” restaurant with a “Kids Eat...

I've been eating at Broadway for about 40 years. Move to Ham lake about 10 years ago.for the first seven or eight years Broadway delivered to my place. Then all of a sudden corporate changed the the deal. So now I have to go pick it up that's fine. First time I went to pick up they got three parking spots for pick upthere were cars parked there then I'm going inside nobody was picking up a pizza.I asked the lady manager and she said they can park wherever they want. I said but you have three spots for pick up. She was very rude didn't listen didn't understand terrible customer service.then today I go to order my pizza they talked over me wouldn't listen to what I had to say very very rude. I didn't go go to Domino's or majestic Pizza...
