Did research and asked for free estimates from five (5) contractors for indoor wood trim staining that had 28+ years of old paint on it and had 30+ years of wear & tear on it. Four were totally over the top expensive, which I believe they were trying to take advantage of a senior. They will remain anonymous. The fifth contractor was Camely Costa of Cosanostra Painters LLC. On our intial meeting he was professional and assessed the project explained the process and the different stain options along with length of time. He provided a fair quote which I accepted.
