Marlene, the owner and head stylist, hit it out of the park! I am so happy with how my color and cut turned out! I was looking to go really blonde and she managed my expectations (when you are going from naturally dark brown hair to super blonde it doesn't happen over night!) while doing exactly what I wanted AND taking care to keep the health of my hair in mind. I was there a looong time and I had fun chatting it up with Marlene and Sonia (the other stylist). I had never been to a salon that used Milkshake products before and I have to say I was impressed, Marlene took the time to explain the product line and what I should do to help combat the dreaded brassiness! 10/10 experience! Not only was the salon space so lovely, Marlene is a total gem. She was able to accommodate a very last minute haircut and balayage for me, and the entire experience was professional and fun. As a person, she’s kind and warm to speak with, but as a stylist wow, I’m so thrilled. I’m not so well versed in the hair styling world, but as soon as I explained what I wanted, Marlene just knew. The beautiful salon space was just nice to spend time in during the process, and she’s created such a warm experience. I was looking to get my hair cut and called as a first time customer, the receptionist said hold on asked someone about it and I heard the girl say we don’t have time for that.
