Austin has changed my view on insurance people. Last summer I had just gotten my license back and knew it would be pricey to get back on the road with insurance. A friend gave me his number and said "you need to call him" To me a referral is the highest compliment so I called. We talked on the phone, he asked me the questions he needed to know. Austin had genuine understanding of my situation which I totally appreciated and he got back to me later that day. The next morning I was insured and he took the time to explain some legal criteria that I did not understand about my insurance situation. He has called me when a payment did not go thru and we used a different card to make the payment. No lapse in coverage and I stayed insured. Austin and his colleague Charlotte were amazing when my husband and I were searching for more competitive rates and better coverage. We were able to bundle our cars with our home, increase our policy coverages more in line with our assets. Having a well loved 100 year old home, our previous insurance company did not educate us on what would happen in a catastrophic loss. He has helped my spouse and me through a number of emergencies and crises. We have needed him on the spot immediately, and he showed up instantly to calm things down. If you need a lot of personal help, Austin is happy to lend a hand. He is very available, and i believe he makes each client feel like he/she is gold.
