We love this business so much! We come here every Friday after school for Friday chocolates, buy lots of gifts here, etc. But today we came in on a summer Friday after camp because the kids missed Friday chocolate, and we had the best experience. It’s ice cream month so we tried every balsamic vinegar flavor on the vanilla ice cream they gave us, and in addition to all the new summer chocolate flavors we we left with, we bought the oil (Tuscan herb) & vinegar (ripe peach) the employee recommended as a salad dressing combo. When we got home we grilled chicken & peaches using the new oil & vinegar, put them on a salad and ate “the best dinner I’ve had in months” according to both my husband and kids. Would recommend going there to taste different varieties such as Tuscan herb balsamic vinegar, blackberry ginger balsamic vinegar, espresso balsamic vinegar, maple balsamic vinegar, strawberry balsamic vinegar and raspberry balsamic vinegar. There are plenty more to choose from and we have used them to flavor chicken breasts, to dip with bread and to flavor yogurt made in our instant pot. Very yummy!
