Placed a curbside order while at work and planned to pick it up within an hour after my shift. After driving 15 mins to the location, I found that their doors were LOCKED during business hours (with customers inside, dining in & employees inside tried to avoid making eye contact with me). I had no way to retrieve the food order that I PRE-PAID for online. After standing outside for 10 minutes, calling several times, an employee brought my food out to me and I was extremely upset that the doors were locked just because they're busy & don't want any more customers coming in. My food was now cold. I asked for a refund or discount (because they made me wait outside and ignored me) & the manager, a heavy set dark haired man in his early 30s, came outside & said he would refund me but take my food back, leaving me with nothing. (I had now waited 1 hr & 20 mins for my meal after working 10 hours in healthcare). I threatened to contact Corporate over the doors being locked during business hours & his tone/attitude and he said, "Go ahead. I will still have my job tomorrow," before turning away & locking the doors behind him. This place is dirty and I also had to deal with a drunken man sitting outside the doors harassing me and other women nearby. Needless to say, I will...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe called the east Bloomington, IN Noodles and Company early in the week asking about the meeting room they have. We were told $20 or 10 meals was what it cost to rent the room. We get there to set up for my son and daughter in law's wedding shower. We get there, get all the food set up, and guests started to arrive. The store manager came in and out of the room and ask who we talked too, but did not tell us we had to leave or buy the food from the his restaurant. He waited until the bride and groom got there to cause a scene. He told us to buy food there or leave. I have never been so humiliated. It didn't matter what we were told by the employee. I nor the 20 people we invited will ever be embarrassed in a Noodles and Company again, be will...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had heard about this restaurant and decided to try it. I purchased the Japanese pan noodles as a take-out meal. I was really looking forward to the meal. It was so bad. The noodles tasted old and mildewy. The flavor was like nothing (I added my own sauce to try to make it better). Finally, it gave me heartburn within an hour of eating it. I will never go back to this restaurant. I can buy noodle dinners at the grocery store for less than half the price that taste way better...
