Sleep Number — Hotel in Bloomington

Paid $3000+ for bed that didn't even last two years. We were told when we purchased it to just contact the company with any issues and they will send you parts for free. One whole side wont stay inflated which then makes the other side rock hard. Now after contacting customer service they want to charge the cost of a regular coil mattress to fix it. I went over and over again.lThe bed was losing air and had a hole in one of the mattresses. They wanted to sell me a cover for $500. When it's still under warranty. That does not fix the problem. I'd have been more than happy to pay the money if it would have fixed the bed. But last time I checked a bed cover does not hold air..
