I would rate 0 if I could. I had waited on a package for a trip that was 3 days late because of DHL and tracking showed it would be delivered the day I was leaving. I’m a pregnant woman that was waiting on a maternity swimsuit. Since my package was clearly at the post office, I went to the post office on Saturday morning to try to catch my package before it got put on the truck. The women in the back sorting the mail refused to help me or even answer a question, instead yelling at me through a wooden door that they don’t open until 9. Literally I couldn’t wait until 9 because by then my package would be on a truck and I wouldn’t be home but these women were so rude and wouldn’t listen to a word I said. Let me start by saying there are some great employees at this post office. My main Mail Carrier is phenomenal and deserves every bit of 5 stars or more. Unfortunately, it’s the bad management and mail sub carriers that bring this rating down. If a sub is bringing your mail you can rest assured if it’s a package you will not get it. Instead it will be marked undeliverable and left at the post office without even attempting delivery. This has happened multiple times. When you go ask about it the postmaster makes up some lame excuse to cover and gives a different excuse each time. THIS POST OFFICE DESERVES 0 STARS!! THEY DESERVE NEGATIVE STATS, IF THAT WAS POSSIBLE!! I hate this post office!! I've lived there for 12 years and never had a problem with them until i sold my home and tried holding my mail until i had a new address to forward it too! And yes, it can be done! I worked for the postal service, as a clerk, for 22 years and I know how it works. We used to accommodate our customers! The people at this office are the rudest ass people!
