La Hacienda — Restaurant in Blountsville

Food was very plentiful (3 meals worth in one order of fajitas) for a fair price, but it lacked seasoning. The fajitas needed more salt and garlic and less onions (almost a whole onion was in the dish). The rice was very, very dry and inedible. Who the heck puts green lima beans, dried up corn, dehydrated english peas and carrots in rice? Plus, there were just 2 plain tomato slices instead of pico de gallo.

The black beans were floating in oil. The guacamole needed lime juice and salt. The cheese dip had no spices. The taco salad was good according to my granddaughter and the shell was very tasty. The salsa was ok, but it was missing something.

The service was fast, which was good. The menu selection was extensive. The prices were comparable to most Mexican places. Steak fajitas were excellent. Nothing needs changing. Seasoned perfectly with a good balance of meat and veggies. Sides were great as well. Huge amount of food and very reasonably priced. Service was prompt and friendly. Highly recommended. Update: I enjoyed it so much the last time I decided to take my wife out for a meal. She loved it! The food and service is excellent. Love the food and the employees are always super sweet and helpful! If I ever have an issue I talk to them but the food is so awesome!! I eat here maybe 2-3 times a week no lie! Alone for lunch or with my family we love this restaurant !

Updated I hate to make this review but over the past year every time we order our food it’s wrong!! Everytime’ we’ve altogether stopped eating at this restaurant until a few nights ago in which the take out order was wrong it was fixed but the food has zero flavor!!
