Whew! I won’t ever shop at this Target location again! I gave two stars because Miriam the manager handled the situation even if she felt I was wrong she remained professional.
I drove from beechmont Target because Blue Ash possibly had the correct size. I told guest service I want to exchange this shirt for the correct size and purchase these other items. He says “oh we don’t do exchanges, we can put it on a gift card or give it to your original payment” I’m like huh okay whatever the case I want to purchase the correct size. I hand him the shirts and my receipt and he scans the wrong shirt telling me it’s not on the receipt I told him he scanned the wrong one then he gives me this death stare. I’m like get a new job.
Anyways he keeps with the nasty attitude and after he gets my cash he keeps it to purchase the right size. I remind him I want to purchase these other items too. He says OH YOU CAN GO TO SELF CHECKOUT.
I ask for a manager, here comes this big guy saying she’s busy and I tell him this guy is being a *Ick! Big guy proceeds to say oh I see you’re the problem etc. I say I asked for a manager and the big guy walks around and yo to me! Listen here I don’t know what he thought he was doing but I told him he better back up and he had the nerve to contemplate backing up!
Anyways the manager came and handled it!
But obviously those two boys need to reevaluate a few things in their lives especially the one who walked up to me. Not everyone would’ve reacted the way I did when threatened.
So yeah Blue Ash you suck! Miriam deserves a bonus or whatever great things yaw give to people who actually like...
Read moreI would give 1 star but most of the employees were great today. Then I get to the checkout and it went downhill. I think the lady's name was Crystal, but whoever it was in charge of the front at the store was terrible. The line was long. No one was on a register. She was just walking around. Then Dave came up to his register (I'm assuming after a break). Crystal (or whatever her name was) decided then would be a good time to collect handbaskets and whatever else instead of opening up a register or even addressing the line issue. The line was building up by the little girls clothes getting close to greeting cards. Dave had to tell her to get on her walkie to get help for him. I know lines happen, especially around the time I was there (around 5:30pm) and if I see every attempt is being made to service the customer, I'm fine with waiting in line bit. But when I see someone who knows that line was that long and doesn't even call for backup, much less get on a register, I feel the need to let the company know how she treats the customers. Maybe some retraining is needed. I don't know what her issue was with getting some help up there or why she just didn't hop on a...
Read moreIt was pouring down rain when I picked up my order. I took all the info inside with me, gift card number, item number, order number, etc. I had left my license in the car. The girl made me go out in the storm and get my ID and it was a busy time of the day, so I had to park at the far end of the parking lot. I think with me having all the information, including the gift card number I used, order number and confirmation number she should have let me have my gloves, not made me go to the other end of the parking lot in the storm, she saw I didn't have an umbrella (I was already soaking wet just from going in the store the first time), and get the ID. It was a huge disappointment. I have COPD and running to the car and back to the store twice for a pair of gloves was just WRONG. I will never order online for Target again. My next gift card, I will pick...
