As a cashier, here’s my top tips on how to have a smooth experience no matter the shift: Do not try to do multiple orders per car. It’s not personal or bc we’re “lazy.” Cashiers have DT times to worry about & if we let you do 2+ orders in a car, that means you’ll be sitting in our line for at least 10 min. For context, our goal is to get you in and out the line in 3 MIN OR LESS whenever possible. So when you take 2 min alone just to order a combo and a cinnamon twist—yes, we are gonna be slightly irritated. Read the screen as you say your order. There’s no need to wait for us to ask “anything else” after every item bc you keep pausing. Trust me, we will let you know if you need to slow down or repeat anything. Don’t get irritated if we don’t hear you the first time you say your order. Our headsets aren’t built like AirPods. The quality is subpar, on top of other kitchen noises. We can either have you repeat it a few times or risk getting your order wrong—which would you prefer? PLZ be adults when using DT services. Some of us are more “childish” than others, but none of us are children. You are dealing with adults—so carry yourselves like it. Place mobile orders if you plan to stop by anytime after 1:45/1:50. It really depends on how “trashed” the place is but sometimes, we need extra time to focus on cleaning and resetting for the next day. We won’t turn away mobile orders, even if it’s 1:58. But we may turn away anyone attempting to place orders at the window that late. Just be considerate bro. Read more10/10/20 around 7pm staff was disorganized. waited at counter for much longer than I would have expected seeing how we were the only customers in the store. one employee was at the counter without a mask or gloves on and then he kept disappearing while on the clock. I only know this because the girl I assumed was some type of shift leader or manager kept asking where he went to. they messed up our order originally and then handed us our order without gloves on. also, after eating our food in the parking lot, an employee called the cops on my friend after I had left and lied saying he had been out there for 4 hours, wasn't a customer and was refusing to leave. all of which was untrue. he even showed the cop the receipt showing we had order half an hour prior. ironic, especially after that same employee (possibly the night manager- younger, heavy set white boy) was just out in the parking lot buying weed from some guy that pulled up and definitely didn't order any food. in fact, he stayed in his car that reeked of weed while the "manager " came out to his car and discussed weed with him before going back inside and the guy in the car left. on top of that, for as many workers as they had on the clock at the time the 2 20 something white girls were the only ones who seemed to be getting anything done. everyone else seemed to just be standing around doing nothing. including the one guy who kept disappearing on the clock. Read moreUpdated experience 3/20/22 Went thru the drive thru line, super rude guy in car in front of me was rude to the drive thru attendant. I roll up and they didn't have what I wanted but I chose the next best thing. I asked that the 2 hard shell tacos were made soft and Supreme with a Baja blast. I roll on to the pickup window, paid, the attendant had an attitude the whole time but I figure the rude guy may have really struck a nerve and they seemed moderately busy. I received the incorrect drink which also tasted HORRIBLE like they hadn't cleaned the nozzles in 6 months and my order was incorrect in the regard of the tacos were not Supreme and they were ICE cold. Not in the wrapping correctly so everything spilled out in the bag, I got no receipt nor any sauces. Typically I'd leave this alone but it is extremely rare I have issues at this location outside of the below from a year or two ago.
