My first experience was very well a lot of money was spent with this business, but as I was purchasing products for my bosses business however the hookahs that were purchased 1 out of the 2 did not work. I came back to exchange the 1 which was a different model than the other one & the owner honored the exchange. However the new one that was exchanged did not work either & upon trying to get a refund for that specific one the owner says no I exchanged the one & makes up a whole fake policy about exchanges. It was a very disingenuous interaction and would not recommend this smoke shop for hookahs. Faulty hookahs & piss poor owner. My experience in here has always been excellent. Very good business, they give deals and always have a good selection of smokes, they give reasonable prices and don't overprice anything ever. This is definitely a location to come back to if you're passing by. The guys here are very chill and do good work....

Here on vacation from NY, 18650 battery charger died. Came here and tried his available chargers but they were unfortunately incompatible with my amperage. Gave me my money back no questions asked, much appreciated. Beautiful store with a great selection....
