Edit 2/6: person at drive thru window doesn't know what "all the way" means. Poor training Here was my experience at this newly built Skyline at 11:30 AM on 6/18: drive thru person was cranky and rude. They failed to offer hot sauce and crackers or put it into the bag. Just yesterday I was asked at the same Skyline if I wanted crackers and hot sauce. They did not confirm my order which is standard practice. They gave me a $15 total at the speaker and $20 total at the window. The worker continued to not say hi or acknowledge me at all while handing me a pen and paper. They asked me to sign which is bizarre. This is a ploy for tips. Sharing a pen like this is simply unacceptable. Every person that goes through the drive thru is sharing germs with each other because of this absurd requirement. This is deplorable and I will not be heading back as it disgusts me. I love Skyline, but management has decided our health as their customers is less important than asking everyone for a potential tip. Pay your workers instead. Stop asking everyone to front the bill for you. As for the food, the cheese is way too melted which seems to be happening here depending on the day. It's way too melted. They want $3 with tax for this coney. No thanks! I've attached a picture from the same Skyline twelve days ago which was absolutely perfect. You can see the difference between expectation and reality. I had high hopes for this Skyline based on that experience, but today proved that not much has changed here in terms of quality control, yet you are forced to be asked for a tip anyway. There is a lack of quality control and for these premium prices and risk of germs for the sake of unwarranted tips, I'm out. You can afford the building, so you can afford good workers and training. Respect your customers.

I love the staff at this location they are wonderful. Both sad and excited about the new building. This place feels like home and it will be sad to see it go. But looking forward to the update too. Updated- The new building opened today and it is beautiful. Staff is back and it was a great night.

3/28/22 Waited 22 min for a chili to get more staff folks Aways top notch they're getting a bit crazy wth their prices. It's spaghetti, ground beef and cheese c'mon Also, it would be nice to drive through the parking lot without going over potholes. This place makes a lot of money I'd think

We went to skyline 2/20/25 at 8:30pm for reference to ownership. We sat in the drive through for approximately 5 minutes before we were asked for our order(no one was in front of us). After ordering and we got home, we realized they gave us the wrong order. So we drive back to get our correct order. The manager proceeds to tell us we need to pay more money because they didn’t charge enough for what we ordered. There was no “sorry we messed up your order”, just an angry manager who hates his job, probably because he sucks at it, blaming us for their mess up. One of the other workers proceeds to say “this is probably their order”. The manager had a tantrum and says throw everything away. Then he says someone must of gotten out of line and messed everything up but we know that wasn’t the case because nobody was in front of us. The problem is accountability. Coincidentally my parents were in there eating at the same time and they said 2 of the employees were just sitting there watching the hockey game. Finally one of the waitresses says to one of them that he just had a 20 minute break, needed to help,. He just bevis and butthead laughed at her “huhuhu”. It’s just sad that the manager can’t do any part of his job. This isn’t a review to deter people from going there. This is a warning to ownership that they have bad management. Hire a manager that manages. All the tables had dishes on them, it was a mess in there. All the while Bevis and Butthead are just sit there watching USA get beat by Canada. When they first opened the newly built Skyline, this place was jamming. The workers all had good camaraderie and it was a good feel in there. I hope you take this message sincerely, and get things back to the way it was. It starts at the top, and really hope your encouraged to get things moving back in the right direction. Accountability is all you need, and it can be done as it was when you...

I really enjoy this place! I love watching all the walks of life that come in for great food the grandparents bringing in grandkids to share a Cincinnati favorite tradition & their old time stories!!! I did not know there were so many different things to choose from on the menu?! The employees are very attentive...you wont wait long they're very friendly very knowledgeable of the menu very accommodating to make sure you get what you want nothin to hard to make nothin to odd of a request it will be made fresh with a smile and made very fast!!! I have been here during lunch rush dinner rush bar rush while they were training new people that were messing up orders & seemed to just be in the way making it harder...but I must say they never got rocked thrown off their game never got rude or rough on the rookie never got too far behind or buried in the weeds!!! Never let the messed up food go to waste or even get cold for that matter...pure pros...they never ever got flustered or lost their cool composure! Awesome group of people great managers very pleased with the younger folks that work here as well...perfect 1st job for a young person gettin out into the workin world!! Come by & check it out for yourself...like time has stood still in this establishment...we need more of this!!! Keep up the good work Skyline in Blue Ash...best 1in Cincinnati...also open late threw the week 1am...open till 3:30 am on Friday's & Saturday's!!! Come join us!! Your in...
