TL;DR They are amazing and I can't wait to hire them again!

I've interacted with Common Cents on three occasions, twice as a host and once as a guest. If it isn't obvious from the fact I've hired them twice, they really are fantastic. While getting a quote and everything, they give you suggestions and talk you through what will happen (no expertise needed), and day of, they set up, and get to work. And these workers are not only knowledgeable but FUN. They will play as loose or as strict as folks are comfortable and will walk you through every step if you have no idea what is happening, it's never belittling or off putting, they are just happy to have you at their table. There was a point where I was playing at a table first with a big group of people and then by myself, and the dealer perfectly matched the energy, being playfully when it was crowded and then chatting and keeping me company when it was just me, which I honestly feel is an amazing skill set for an employee to have. The lead dealer has always been really great at communicating what night will look like and working with you on what needs to happen, how you would like things to happen and making accommodations for whatever you want to do (as long as it follows Utah's gambling laws, of course), and give suggestions from their wealth of experience. Not once have I felt the need to step in as a host when they are running the show; they know what they are doing and they always keep me in the loop.

Honestly, it's worth every penny. I've had the most recluse of my employees come up and tell me its has been the only company Christmas party they have ever enjoyed. I've also learned recently that's its more or less a family company which I feel is always an added bonus.

I know this is a lot of information, but as someone who hired them, I feel like this is great for anyone who is thinking about doing so in the future

Hi Renee, I had to let you know what a wonderful evening we had last night at our company Christmas Party at the Hotel Park City. We were treated to a night of laughter, high-fives and the best night ever with Aaron Bird dealing at our blackjack table. I have never laughed so hard or enjoyed myself so much. Aaron was spot on with customer service and making sure that everyone at the table had an enjoyable time. Even when we were losing, we were belly laughing and cheering each other on. He helped the new comers with tips of the trade and cheered on those of us with a little more experience. Aaron totally made our night!

Tyra, the pit boss for the evening was absolutely delightful. She added to our learning experience, taught us new tricks and heightened our fun filled evening with plenty of laughs. Please give your folks a pat on the back for the wonderful entertainment we enjoyed at the casino night. Best Christmas party ever!

We had Common Cents come and host a casino night for us in Idaho Falls for our work party of about 120 guests. They were very quick to respond and help with any questions I had beforehand. They were also very communicative the day of to let us know they were on their way and when they arrived Matt was so helpful in helping figure out where the casino tables should go at the venue and setting up quickly. All of our guests raved about how fun the party was and how much they enjoyed it. The dealers were fun and knowledgeable and helped guests (who were mainly beginners) learn the ropes and still have a good time. Matt was keeping me updated the entire night and even when we decided to switch it up last minute to give guests more raffle tickets, he was quick to communicate with every dealer.
