Modo Studios is an awesome facility. I have used them for multiple productions and I am always impressed with the facilities resources, owner interactions and services. having the overhead lighting already hooked up and a switch board at the ready makes changing lighting scenarios a breeze. For a recent production we were able to save presets which made our production much much faster and smoother. Large bay doors made it easy to bring in additional gear for our shoot as well as a small construction project that was needed.

The facility is tidy and comfortable. Plenty of space for craft, hair and makeup, staging and the like without feeling everyone is too far to chat with when needed. Also the bathrooms are always clean and don't just feel like some closet space. Makes a great place to collect your thoughts as well with some fun reading material.

Any production here has been incredible. I really appreciate the 180 degree cyc wall which expands your shooting angles.

Over all just an unbeatable place for most anything you would hope to accomplish production wise. would return and fully plan to.

Was looking for a studio to do a dance shoot for photos and videos. An Instagram ad came up on my feed I checked out the Modo Studio instagram page. Booked the space through the website and Hunter reached out to me very quickly. Had some back and forth with him via email and text with any questions I had. Hunter was such a pleasure to work with and made the process so easy. Not only that, he was flexible with our needs of the shoot. On shoot day he answered any additional questions I had and the place was AMAZING!!! The control you have of the space with the lighting is unreal. The shoot went great and everything was such a great experience. Couldn't as for anything more. Thank you so much for everything Hunter!! Will definitely be spreading the word of this place and plan to do another shoot there in the future. 12/10...
