We were in the event for 3 hours on the kids section and down by the water Then we got told we had to leave because we didn’t pay the fifteenth dollars for arm bands There were no signs that stated on the kids side that we needed to pay We didn’t even go on the other side of this roots festival But nice set up and good times Just next time this place needs more signs at front gate or intersection of the park for out of town people Then my wife bought kids balloons and snowballs and they had the police come over and ask if we were told we had...
