Read moreWe wanted to explore Downtown Bluffton, and chose to stay at the Old Town Bluffton Inn to be right in the center of it all and it did not disappoint! We were texted prior to arrival with reservation details and also given link to a Bluffton map. We were also called prior to our stay as well, to confirm estimated time of arrival and where to park (parking is free!). Inside the well appointed and very welcoming lobby, we were greeted right away and shown to our rooms. Off the lobby, they have a small 24 hour self serve coffee/tea and cold drink bar, stocked with simple breakfast items, fresh fruit and snacks. But to make it even better, homemade cookies and baked goods are made daily as well which makes the whole place smell divine. They also make a homemade simple grab and go hot buffet in the mornings as well. There is a small bar that offers wine, champagne and old fashions, but keep in mind this is not a cash bar. It's a one complimentary daily drink bar. It was yet another very nice amenity to add to our stay. In case it rained, they offered umbrellas if we went out exploring. The room we stayed in faced the street, so if you don't want to hear much morning or 5pm traffic, ask for the rear of the building. We didn't mind it though and enjoyed the small balcony where there were 2 chairs and a little table overlooking the street. The rooms were decorated impeccably, the bed and bedding were very comfortable, and the room had plenty of storage for our 3 day stay. They know that guests would love a small fridge, but there really isn't the room - so the owner offered to keep our beer that wasn't on ice in their downstairs fridge! The bathroom was compact but clean and designed well. The owners have thought of every detail and it shows. We would stay here again in...
