I had one of the worst Botched stitch job by Dr Traywick . She rushed and Cut a huge cancer margin out of my back next to my spine and only put stitches in underneath instead of both sides . The stitches always looked open and sloppy and my wound was not healing or closing good . So on day 11 , I went in there to show her how they looked open and she said no . Well, next night, day 12 , my stitches opened . . I now have a huge deep open hole on my back . Dr Traywick wanted nothing to do with me after they opened and was Very Unsympathetic, I went in asking her why wont she close it back up and she refused ! She said oh well just live your life . your not old like most of my patients . Wow , what an unprofessional thing to say to your patient who is suffering from you not living up to your Proffesional duties as a Dr and clearly hating your job . horrific bed side manor ! . , I dont know how she is teaching new students when she needs to be taught herself . I was treated like garbage !! Im now suffering and have to be careful I dont get sepsis . I cant go in water , do anything for a long time now until this heals. Im in a wound center now . May River Dermatology has gotten big to give good service. I needed an appointment for an infected cyst and couldn't get an appointment. I ended up in urgent care. They treated the issue and gave me antibiotics. They told me to go to the dermatologist to have it cut out of my face. I had an appointment scheduled and I was very clear with them what I expected. When I got there a PC told me I needed to go t a plastic surgeon for anything like that. There was no reason for the appointment except as a profit maker for them. Then they tried to refer me to the folks upstairs (weninger) and I called them they don't take insurance. As it turns out no one does unless it's a reoccurring issue. So now - I guess I should hope for another infection? There is no rational for them taking my money. There is no referral needed if insurance doesn't cover it, except maybe a kick-back they would get. At best, MRD is a communications failure, where one person can't tell the Doctor anything and convey any sort of relevant message - either that or it's all about...

This place is a total machine with no real care for the patients. You can't even get a reasonable follow up with your doctor, they push you off to somebody else, then they contradict each other. You can't ever even talk to your doctor or leave a real message. They have somebody relay it then they relay another message back. Everything gets lost in the "telephone game", so you just keep going back and forth. They keep getting my child's appointments wrong so he constantly runs out of medicine before they will see him and write a new prescription. We are trying to clear his acne and every month he has to miss two or more doses because they can't get the blood-work and followup appointments correct. We love Dr. Hall but if you have an issue and she want's you to come back in 3 months they wont even squeeze you in, she is booked out at least 8 months. Some of the doctors know what they are doing but don't expect to feel like you are getting any kind of personal care. It's the kind of practice where you must be proactive if you want...
