Viet Kitchen — Restaurant in Bluffton

My wife, son & I went to try it for my birthday, just for quick no fuss eats. We have a boutique catering company and are engaged heavily for private cheffing experiences. We had the best time relaxing , enjoying the fresh flavorful food and the thoughtful hospitality. We only live a mile or so away and kind of tripped on this place. We don't have the time or desire to go out often as we always seem to be disappointed. NOT at Viet Kitchen it will definitely be a weekly visit for dine-in or pickup. The only reason BTW that I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is we've only been there once and I want to make sure that I recommend properly. After another visit or two if the food experience is the same I will adjust the stars accordingly! Is it fancy, no, is it thoughtful, yes, is it delicious, yes, is worth the visit, yes!! i got the meatball pho, portion was huge, the veggie plate was enough for 2 people. that said, the price was $17.50 which is a bit high so the portion sizing sort of just made it fair. the pho was simply "ok", the meatballs were cut oddly large. i mean you will leave full for sure. server girl was friendly enough and tries. i wasn't sure what to make of the place with the paper menu, if they were trying to be no frills cafeteria style or a nicer restaurant because it sort of fails are both. i'm puzzled why this is a 4.7 out of 5 rated, it's not "that" great or special. go to Duluth or something, this place wouldn't even be average. there was a younger couple apparently on a date with their "outside voice" and a profanity every 10 words that sorta ruined the ambience. not that they would have a clue because they're just that dense and they...

If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would 🌟. This place is a hidden gem — the food is incredibly fresh, the flavors are divine and perfectly balanced, and every dish has that homemade touch that makes you want to come back.

I ordered the “C7” platter, and it was simply spectacular — the broth was full of flavor, the herbs were fresh, and the portions were generous.

The atmosphere is super cozy, the staff is friendly and attentive, and everything comes out quickly. They also have fresh coconut water, which is perfect for this hot weather, and their coffee is absolutely delicious ☕️💚

Definitely my favorite Vietnamese restaurant...
