Hays Supermarket — Local services in Blytheville

Hi I’m with a nonprofit organization out of Gosnell Arkansas. And yesterday I had the worst experience with a hays supervisor. We went to them for help with a child’s birthday party and was inquiring about some things from there. The woman Amy don’t remember last name was so rude in answer my question, so rude in fact I had to ask do hays really care about our youth. And so after talking to another director of our program, she decided to call and talk to someone since she was the one that set up the phone meeting, she was informed by lady she called that she was at the store and was about to say that the lady was was truly not being rude until I spoke up and said that I was on the call also. So the story again switched up. I have already decided to discontinue my experience with Hays grocery stores here in the Blytheville area due to the rudeness and disrespect that their employees have. But also because if you are not willing to help children, but focus more on what you’re are willing to do. This is not the kind of customer service i am use to and I refuse to accept it. So to all nonprofit organizations, make sure Hays is the last store you go to for any kind...

I love you rotisserie chicken but today it was so tiny please guys get a bigger bird because it is incredibly good okay and I do like your yogurts the whipped yogurt and I love the fact that you get the Faygo soft drinks at most stores won't get and you get the macaroni and cheese from the Japanese noodles which most people don't even have to get all the other flavors so you can you go out and get some of the most expensive stuff that other people don't even bother to get and I like you guys...

The food is overpriced and certain products keep going up week after week. Regardless to whatever the covid-19 delivery situation is. We all know that Hays grocery store makes a lot of money in Blytheville and have for decades. You would think they would show better support in the community with what's going on with covid-19.
