So I normally dont post reviews, but honestly this was one of the best experiences I had in a while buying something for myself. I walked into the store only to get a link taken out of one of my watches and I was helped by Carolyn, they were very prombt and very helpful with it, making sure it was where I wanted it cut and also asked if it was the right fit, even though I did not buy the watch from them or have ever been in there before, They were just very helpful.

So as I am walking out I start looking around at all there merchandise and I have never owned a really nice piece of jewelry for myself, but they start to talk to me and walk me through it, asking me the questions of what I like or what I am looking for. Again me not knowing to much about what I am looking for, they steered me into the right direction of exactly what I wanted. they put a chain on for me, and I loved it. The style was perfect but it wasn't the exact quality I was looking for, so Andy and Carolyn told me to hold off and wait, not forcing me into what they had right then and there at the moment. They got back to me in 1 day with a beautiful piece a 6mm cuban link 14k, solid gold, We talked price and he gave me an amazing deal for it. I got the call to go pick it up and it was stunning.

All I can say is, if you want professional help and great product Carolyn and Andy obviously know what they are doing and they have the product along with the knowledge to find you what you are looking for.
