Sovereign: Poke, Boba, Asian Kitchen — Restaurant in Boca Raton

I am mortified at the customer service from this location. I love sovereign and have been a very loyal customer, but after today I can’t support a business like this. Today I placed an online order and requested pickled onions to be added to my order. My order was picked up for me and the employee told my brother that they were out of pickled onions and so they put pickled ginger instead. I was on the phone with him and let him know that I hate pickled ginger and that I did not want it but they insisted that they “put it on the side.” Surprise when I get my food I see pickled ginger in my bowl. The juice from the ginger seeped into half of my bowl and made it inedible for me. After calling to request a refund the manager was very defensive, rude, and didn’t let my brother get a word in. No resolution was offered whatsoever and didn’t even apologize for this. No business should EVER assume that a customer wants something else if an item is out of stock. The manager didn’t even see what was wrong with that! He kept insisting we bring the bowl back but we live 45 minutes away from this location and he still refused to help. Very disappointed, no form of management should be this petty towards...

BEST Pork Bao Buns that I've tasted in too many years! I've worked as an ICU RN with many Asian Nurses. They would always bring ME the Best HOMEMADE Pork Bao Buns, but unfortunately those nurses were the Baby Boomers that have since retired (WHEN COVID HIT/ HUGE LOSS). ANYHOO, I found Sovereign by a coincidental mistake & I'm so happy I did! Love the Boba Taro Milk Tea! I can go on and on..... I loved every dish I ordered, but those Pork Bao Buns took me back to a time when I worked with the greatest Nurses that trained me and force fed me every night shift! Lol! Asians love to feed their loved ones. I took one bite of the pork bao bun and was transported back to 2008! Thank God places like this stick to original homemade recipes. Went to Vegas last week and had a $50 Pork Bao Bun appetizer that was 10% compared to these authentic, gorgeous & delicious HANDMADE BAO BUNS! The breading is amazing! Not too sticky/ not to tough/rough....... Just perfect! I can't wait to go back and try more stuff from the menu! Love this Place!...

This has been my favorite neighborhood take away food since they opened prior to COVID. I was so worried they would not make it but they are still here and I am still enjoying my occasional poke bowl. My friend just got in from out of town and I took him to night. He is vegan and loves this place when he comes to town. I always get half and half tuna and Salmon. He gets the tufu lovers bowl. We both love the spiral cut zucchini Noodles as our base. If I am really hungry I will get some brown rice as well. They are super flexible, making sure you get exactly what you like and nothing else. They have a ton of fresh veggies and even add on extra protein for free. They offer black beans, edimami and fresh and fried tofu. They give very generous portions and one bowl Can easily be shared and both have plenty to eat. I recommend this to anyone wanting a healthy, flexible large portion at a reasonable price. They are right by my house and they are my favorite place for a quick, healthy meal with plenty of options to make...
