This review is specifically for the FAU school of nursing and their Telehealth Certificate course and its professor, “Dr. Love”, my only interaction with this school. I, a master’s prepared nurse, signed up for a $500 Telehealth Course last year thinking it would be a nice addition to my resume and never received a course completion or Certificate. The online format is not user friendly, does not mark your progress or tell you what items are missing or pending. I went through the course which took several hours/days of my personal time, it included some reading material, many videos which were all played and watched (many of which are literal youtube videos), and received passing grades for all post-tests/quizzes for each module. I logged off thinking I had completed the course. About 2 weeks prior to the end of the course completion I received an email from the program director, that seemed like an automated email stating that my course was incomplete. I logged back in to check the progress or see what was missing and I did not seem to me that any quizzes or videos had not been watched. Upon the end of the course my FAU canvas had been completely wiped clean and I did not receive a certificate for the course. Attempts to email the school and Dr Love were futile as my emails went completely ignored/ unanswered. I would love to see the course completion rate for this course.    Read moreI visit over 2 weeks ago & upon arrival per my Doctors suggestion, to be evaluated for in patient care & bit of communication with therapist when we got there , they knew absolutely nothing as to whom I was when we arrive to check in after a two hour drive ,although the gentleman at desk were kind !! It’s taken two weeks to get authorization from insurance company for this establishment to even reach out to insurance & do there due diligence!!!!! The staff at this facility were gracious, however they need definite training in finical department/insurance/ corresponding , i was told apologies but ,,,,, we dropped the ball ! So as it stands we are at a stand still !!!! My Doctor is amazing I feel bad because he’s having to work with my insurance company to help me get the level of care , at this point in sure if this place is for me !!!!
