Starbucks — Restaurant in Boca Raton

Every time I come here they NEVER have gluten free breakfast sandwiches. When I ask to speak to the manager manager they say “they should be in next week” for 7 weeks in a row. They are out of the almond blended protein cold brew? Starbucks just came out with that drink AND it’s a promo item, you should at least have it in stock!! They told me the only sugar free pump they have is cinnamon dulce? I stood there and listened to a line if people order. They were literally “out of” most of the menu items. The staff is rude. Horrible place. so if you go here, you can order: coffee or sugary caramel drinks. Oh, and cheese danishes. rolls eyes get it together Starbucks. This Starbucks has a very relaxing and a very clean environment. The combination of coffee and the yellow lighting and the study tables along with the conversation chairs just overall ties everything into this great academically successful environment. The only two things I would say that aren't great is that recently the Starbucks has stopped accepting the Starbucks app along with the point system much like all the restaurants within FAU, a feature which i treasure greatly. The quality of the drink was also average in comparison to other Starbucks in the area, with inconsistent syrup and taste. Everytime I come here with my classmates they’re extremely rude and very unhelpful. This store is also always out of almond milk, coconut milk, and soy milk so if you’re vegan then forget it. Today I went with my friend, and the cashier who seemed to be the manager was so rude to her for absolutely no reason.
