I used to visit this location occasionally when I attended PBSC and wanted a quick bite to eat. However, after a particularly unpleasant experience, I never returned and never will.
On one visit, I was ordering a Footlong Meatball Marinara on flatbread and asked if they could add a churro to my order. The employee rudely responded, “Yeah, but not for free,” even though I never implied I wanted it for free. To make matters worse, when I requested vegetables on my sandwich, he commented that he comes from an Italian family and that adding veggies to a meatball sub would be frowned upon. While I understand that some people may not like doing that, I don’t mind adding some healthy veggies to my sandwich. No other Subway location has ever had an issue with it before nor gave me their unnecessary opinion on it.
The overall attitude felt unwelcoming. I’ve visited in both casual clothes and my work uniform, so I’m not sure why he would assume I wouldn’t pay for my food. Manager has an attitude towards every customer. If you have a problem with your food, she doesn’t even acknowledge your concerns, instead she debates with you about how you are making invalid opinions. If I feel like your employee didn’t properly cook my sandwich, why do you feel that I’m lying? I just wanted it to be reheated. Is that too much to ask? P.s. The bread aren’t fresh and something is missing... 🤔 flavor and respect!

Your employee was on her phone (with gloves on) in the back when I came in. There is no bell. I waited a while and the only reason it wasn't a lot longer is because she was pacing, so she saw me. She didn't change her gloves before serving me, didn't take my order correctly AND she pulled up her pants while in the middle of preparing my food and, of course once again did not change her gloves.
