I want to start off by saying that this place has gorgeous dresses and the sales woman that helped us was very nice and helpful. We had a terrible experience with the manager. It was so bad that to this day, I still think about how bad my family and I were treated and we continue to feel bad about it, to this day! This incident happened on Saturday March 23rd. My niece flew in from Ohio to come and shop at the boca mall to find her dream dress for her bath mitzvah that is in August. We didn’t have much luck at the mall and came here. First of all, we started jumping up and down so excited because every dress we saw was perfect. We didn’t care the price and we wanted to buy them all. We were basically singing and dancing and I have the pictures to prove it. We felt like we hit the jackpot. The only problem was that every single dress she tried on was either extremely big or too small. We could not find any dress that fit. We still did not want to give up! We were trying to figure out with the saleswoman how we can still maybe get one of these amazing dress. Since my niece lives in OH she couldn’t get it tailored because she would need to live here and we thought about buying the big dress and have her tailor it in OH but if its over two sizes too big it might not come out right. We were crushed but we at the moment were still thinking maybe to buy it and just tailor it in OH and we were trying to order her size but the salesperson said because they have no inventory they would have to cut the dress and it would arrive in July only one month before the bath mitzvah so that was not an option. The salesperson gave us the information on the dress and we tried to find it and if we couldn’t we were prepared to buy the bigger dress and and take our chances with tailoring it in OH. The salesperson was super sweet and left the dress for us and we took out our phone to desperately look for it. It was tense for us at that moment but the salesperson was nice and we were staying positive and hopeful. Out of nowhere the manager storms in the dressing room to grab the dress that the salesperson left for us. She came in so upset and gave us the meanest look and said something under her breath and ignored us completely when we asked for her to keep it because we might still buy it. In that moment we felt so defeated! The manager wanted us out of there and was ignoring us and making us feel like we did something wrong! All we wanted to do was make this moment as special as possible for my niece and she had to see the rudeness and the disrespect from an adult. It’s been two months since this happened and my mother really wants to go into the store to talk to this manager and tell her how bad she treated us and how horrible we felt. I definitely want to go with her because I have never felt this way or was treated this way. We feel so bad for the employees there. It’s not right and I really hope something can be done so that the manager treats people/customers and employees with kindness moving forward. People are coming here to get dressed for special occasions and the dresses here are so expensive! My own daughter is going to have a bath mitzvah soon and even though the dresses are drop dead gorgeous the way we were treated makes me never want to step foot there again! I really hope...
Read moreOmg you guys, I couldn't believe how unprofessional and rude these people that work there were. I drove 1.5 with my mom and my 2 kids, after I called them a day before and asked if they have some of the dresses I was asking for. So we drove up and got there at 5:15 PM, I am mindful that they close at 6 pm, so I gave both my kids iPads, which typically I dont do but so they don't overwhelme the staff and us, and I came up with all the pictures of the dresses ready so they can just pull them out for us, so my mom and I can try them. We were ready to make purchase. While trying on the dresses the lady that was helping, I dont recall her name (older short lady with blond hair), was so unwelcoming and was annoyed the whole time, after the 3rd dress we try on, I ask to speak with the manager, Michelle came, I was hoping for some kind of relief from that rude lady that was helping. Michelle came and was abit nicer but also very rushy and unpleasant, after we tried on the dresses 5 total for both mom and I, we liked 2 dresses and wanted to see if they can order our size. I wanted to look around for more options, since they didn't have my size while my mom gave them her info for that dress so they can order. Michelle, the manager, was soo rude she took all the dresses back, turned off the lights in the dress area section, I said, "can I look for a bit I drove far and it's not 6 PM yet" (it was 5:47) she literally told me " no, we need to close, I have been here all day" they literally turned the lights off, started closing down the store, while clients are inside, about 6 other clients. I was in shock. Here I am about to pay over $5,000 for dresses and you are kicking me out 12 minutes before your closing time???? She was so condescending and full of her self for being a manger not even the owner will do that. As a business owner myself, I feel horrible when I see such staff being so reckless and disrespectful towards other people's source of income. She lost a sale for nothing. I hope the owners of Mario Pucci Boca reads this review and gives his/her staff a reminder on customer service. Better yet, you should fire all your staff and hire staff with youthful spirits and souls that are willing to complete a sale and have engery to complete their full schedule until 6 PM at least. I watched them lock the doors, pull down their gates and leave from the back before 6 PM even hit. I will gladly take my business & $$ else where. Shame on you Michelle...
Read moreHad the WORST experience here! Wish I could leave zero stars. The dresses are beautiful but the staff is rude, unprofessional, and extremely disrespectful. I visited the boutique today looking for a prom dress. After trying one on that was too large, I requested to try a dress from the display window. The lady that was assisting us was very hesitant to let me try it on, telling me that if the dress wasn't a size smaller than the one I just tried on, they wouldn't even take it off the display for me, since the size I just tried on was too big. Another employee came over trying to convince me not to try the display dress because it was "too open" and my "butt cheeks would hang out" even though it had a sheer skirt over the bodysuit. I didn't ask for their opinions, so I insisted on trying the dress on. After a couple minutes of going back and forth they finally agreed. Once we were in the fitting room with my mom, I put the dress on and found that the employees had left a sharp pin on the bottom of the bodysuit part of the dress on, pricking my finger on it. After less than five minutes, our dressing room curtain was snatched wide open by one of the employees asking if we were ok, without bothering to ask first if it was okay to open the curtain. I said that I really liked the dress but needed ten more minutes to really think about it and look at the details of the dress. The lady reminded me in a brusque tone that they were closing soon, even though it was only 5:30pm and they closed at 6pm. Minutes later, a different employee came by the dressing room, opening the curtain once again without any disclosure, asking to see the dress. She pretended to look at the dress, only to ask me where I'm from, since according to her I had an "accent." My mom couldn't take it anymore and told the woman that I grew up in Florida, but the woman persisted that I had an accent. Her issue was that my mother and I spoke Ukrainian to each other instead of English. I took that dress off and we left right after because we couldn't stand being in that place anymore. I truly don't remember the last time that I was treated so horribly as I was in this awful place. Truly an...
