Vincenzo’s Pizza — Local services in Boca Raton

I tried it for the first time yesterday, met with some of their staff, and also with Alex... I think there is a big need for a pizzeria here at the Regency Center, Boca, I am being perfectly honest, I think they have a great chance to make it, however, they need some changes, I know its new, (5 days open), but now is the time to make some changes, (1) the pizza is ok, but the crust is way to thick, need to make it very thin, it isn't.. the House salad was just ok, nothing really great, seems to be to many people behind the counter, (guess they need to get the kinks out, all in all it was just ok, I wish them the best of luck, and hopefully they will make some changes, and it would be a place to get good food, good service, and a nice atmosphere, no seating, just take out..... I will give it another try in 2...

This place is horrible. Pizza wasn’t even cooked all the way. Served me garlic rolls with no marinara. Only good thing we had were the fries. Had to sit outside with the flies and bugs because they have (1) table inside. Don’t waste your money with this dump. And clearly reading the replies from the establishment on other reviews , they think it’s the consumer not them. Please take the New York pizza off the building. Chunky cheese pizza tastes better. Absolute garbage.

Today is Christmas Day and my family decided they wanted pizza. I called Vincenzo’s around 3:00 pm and Alex the owner answered the phone. I asked if he was open and he said no: he was just working on catering orders but what did I need? I said we wanted a few pies and Alex said no problem he will do it for me. We picked up the pizza and it did not disappoint. We had two plain cheese pies and one margarita: all delicious and the whole family agreed.
