From the moment I walked in to Auto Trim in Boerne, I felt welcomed to the business. Something that I feel rarely happens now a day. Rich and his team truly are customer focus and driven. They installed a grill guard into my SUV. Unfortunately we had some manufacture incompatibility with my SUV. Rich personally took time out of his business to take my vehicle, himself, to the local manufacturer and spend hours trying to figure out what the issue was with the sensor not wanting to work properly because of the newly installed grill guard. Rich explained to me what the issue was and gave me some options to remedy the issue. At the end, I loved the new grill guard , which had already protected my new vehicle from a metal hitting my vehicle as I was driving it in the highway. Totally worth keeping it on! They also installed a Bug Flector on my SUV. We had to call the manufacturer for a small click that broke. Rich took care of it and got the part in and replaced it.
