Dollar Tree — Local services in Boerne

What can you say....it's a Dollar Tree. Lots of low cost merchandise (you get what you pay for). However, with today's prices, budget options are appreciated.

I think your worker, Sherri, needs a little more training on how to scan multiple items and customer service. Asking the customer to bag their own items and being short with customers isn’t going to get you many good reviews. Also, there were carts of boxes blocking the isles… not just in the isle, but parked totally across the isle so you had to go completely around to shop that isle. I get that you’re busy and maybe short-handed, but...

Went to Dollar Tree this morning to pick up a few things. Nothing on the shelves. Boxes loaded on carts saying no entry. This must be there business plan. 1 person checking, that's all. I ask her about the items. She said that they were probably in boxes but didn't know if or when they would ever be on the shelf. Folks, just go to Walmart. The extra gas, waste of time, frustration going to Dollar Tree...
