Customer service is less than good. Took a part in, they ordered directly from info from our old part, came back to pick up tonight and they have wrong part PLUS they’ve sold the one they probably ordered for us as “the only one they had was just sold”. Husband let them know didn’t appreciate having to come back to bring a part they ordered incorrectly even though they used the original part and was now starting the process all over again. Since guy behind counter didn’t do the ordering my husband was informed he could complain to someone else. Before this I went to auto zone , auto zone has been in business for quite some time they had the scanner they couldn’t find where to put it I went to three auto zones yep they couldn’t find where to plug it in they stretched to look they had me doing all these crazy things and looks like there all working out of the same training manual which doesn’t work I’m done going there . I go to o”Reilly for everything these guys know what they’re doing and know exactly where to go to solve the problem . I think auto zone is a joke in my book I’ll never go back...

It was nice to go into an auto parts store and the person assisting you be very knowledgeable in many different areas of the automobile electrical mechanical and computer I haven’t experienced that in so long most of these other auto parts stores not mentioning any by name but you have to do all the research all the way down to finding their part number and let them know what their part number is and tell them if they have it in stock or not at that point you might as well go on line find the best value and order it yourself but how the young man came across being very knowledgeable was well received and will keep people like me coming back receipt says the young man’s name was Devon on drawer 2 Well...
