Incredible Rugs and Decor — Local services in Boerne

I rarely offer a review but I am VERY pleased to write this one. I am a VERY satisfied customer. I was looking to match rugs I had bought elsewhere awhile ago but could not find in the usual online places. I searched Google extensively and found several rug dealers I did not know. I called a couple but then I found Incredible Rugs and Decor (IRD). After checking Beter Business Bureau and online reviews of a couple of dealers I called IRD. All reviews were very positive for IRD. I am VERY glad I made the decision to call this company! IRD has an extensive selection of very high quality rugs, reasonably and competitively priced, it had the one I wanted, AND they have people to actually talk to customers! IRD staff were very helpful and patient with all of my questions. The rug I initially wanted was back ordered. They were completely up front about that and honest about how long I would have to wait...no surprise AFTER I placed the order. I decided to get a different rug and the process was easy. IRD provided tracking information...when the order when to the warehouse, when it shipped, and the shipping tracking number. I knew where my rug was at every step. The rug arrived in about a week, very well packaged, and in perfect condition. EXACTLY what I ordered! I could not be happier with the rug, the staff at IRD, and the overall buying experience. You never know what is going to happen when you shop online...what you'll get, if you'll get it, or when. IRD is a perfect dealer. Trust the products, the people, and the process! ...

Wow! All I can say is Wow! Incredible Rugs lives up to its reputation! The company is “incredible”! Not only does it offer high quality rugs, it has superior customer service and care to match! I recently ordered a third Momenti rug from them and it —just like the two others I’ve ordered in the past— came promptly and was very well packaged. I also received a sincere thank you in email from the owner for my business … the company kept me well informed every step of the delivery process as well. But the most incredible aspect of this company is the awesome customer care and service! Jennifer, my customer care rep, was fantastic! She provided outstanding consultation on the choice of a rug pad and design advice on the best small rug to match my larger dining room rug purchase. She was so very courteous and listened carefully to my requirements and within minutes had sent me an email with many possible choices… She is “incredible” and I purposely use that word because few businesses live up to their brand promise but this one most definitely delivers! Incredible Rugs is a pleasure to deal with from start to finish! This was not a quick journey to purchase, so I called them numerous times to ask about shipping, return policies, sample rugs, sizes, fabrics, pads, etc. First of all, they answer the phone quickly. Everyone who answered the phone was pleasant and very knowledgeable. So I first ordered several small sample rugs to put in our home to see how the colors and fabrics match. The samples arrived very quickly, before Thanksgiving. Incredible Rugs also has a very generous return policy, unlike other companies. (With other companies, you are stuck with the sample rugs that you ordered, and there are no refunds. Not the case with Incredible Rugs!) We took our time making a decision and then ordered a 9 x 12 foot Surya Pune PUN-2302 area rug. It arrived so quickly!! And then returning the sample rugs was a breeze. They send you the mailing label and RMA code asap. We LOVE this rug!! It is high quality, super soft, and has extremely vibrant colors that match our decor perfectly.
