I don’t even have the words to describe how amazing the people are at this dealership. Brian and CJ went above and beyond to get me in a car. I had been to 4 places prior to coming here and every single place I went told me they couldn’t help me after giving me the run around and wasting 3-4 hours of my time at each place. I was at the point of giving up hope on finding a car. I put an inquiry in online, Brian contacted me in less than 10 minutes, took my info, I came in the same Monday afternoon, and BOTH Brian and CJ were very upfront and straight forward about everything. They told me exactly what it would take to get me in a car. Two days later, these guys made it happen and I signed the papers and drove away in my new-to-me 2007 Honda Civic!! I was there roughly 30 minutes the first time and that’s because I had said I’d come in the next day and was unexpected, and the day I picked up my car, CJ had all paperwork ready to go and I drove the car, signed papers, CJ put my tags on and told me to call if I needed anything and I was on my way back home in an hour MAX. Brian was unfortunately off the day I picked up my car, but reached out to me the next day to say thank you and congratulations and was extremely courteous. Absolutely the best car buying experience. Everyone was friendly and professional. I cannot remember the gentleman’s name who had the first corner office to your right as you walk through the door but he held the door for us as we walked in. Andrew, the sales guy first office to the left was excellent. Very polite, answered all the questions we had about the Mustang we purchased and made the whole buying experience seamless and stress free. We felt no pressure and he gave us time and room to make a decision. The owner, I believe his name was Brian but I may be wrong definitely runs a very family friendly establishment. He was very welcoming, friendly and made himself readily available and you wouldn’t know he was extremely busy with other business operations. Lastly, the mechanic went out of his way to help us out getting the car loaded on the car hauler. He helped us strap it down. Also, the bolt came off the ball for our hitch and he was able to get us a new one and secure it so we would have no worries traveling back home to Illinois. I wish I was able to give out 1,000 starts to this dealership. I have never dealt with such amazing and caring people. I want to recognize Ms. Darlene Crump. We called her earlier in the day to question about a car and she got everything rolling in the blink of an eye. We arrived and she greeted us at the door and shook all of our hands. Not to mention a smile NEVER left her face. She spend literally hours helping us and making sure she did everything in her power to get us what we wanted. She even stay hours after the closing time! When we apologized for keeping them late she said "It's my time to go home when we are through here." She made us feel welcomed and comfortable. We were able to talk to her about just about anything which made it feel like we were only there for an hour. Darlene was very happy for us and got to share happy moments with us. I will never go to another dealership nor will I send anyone anywhere else but to Bogue auto. They were a pleasure to do business with and I am sure I will be back!
