Dollar General — Local services in Bogue

Uninformed staff forced my 8 year daughter to wear a mask telling her the law had changed. I don’t care that she had to wear a mask if it’s the store’s policy fine she will wear one but don’t lie to my 8 year old when the executive order for Nc states 11 years or older. Wish I could rate in the negative this is not the first time with bad experience at this store will never stop here again employees are rude, Ill informed and don’t want to do their job even before this covid stuff. Stopped in today to buy some children's benadryl for my son and they lady checking me out started telling me it's for kids and not adult medicine. I told her I was in a hurry and knew. She still kept talking. My child was mid allergic reaction and she is telling me I got the wrong medicine for myself. Didn't know they had idiot personal shoppers there that are psychic. Never have I ever been so irritated and taken so long to get checked...

I love going to Dollar General. Convenience is a plus. Great variety. The only thing I would change in some of these would be the cash register problem. Some of these only have one register open.
