My fiance had a wonderful experience with Millers when he had custom work done on my engagement ring. Unfortunately, when I went to have my ring cleaned before the wedding I was surprised at the lack of warmth shown by the sales representative. It seemed it was an inconvenience to clean the ring. They were clear that they did not have time in the 5 hours they had the ring that they could not do a full inspection and I told them I understood and paid the cleaning fee. However I had the rings cleaned again two days later in Montana, for free, and it took the sales representative less than 5 minutes to tell me I had one stone about to fall out and...

Just felt like I was bothering them the whole time, like I was an inconvenience. The lady with the long blonde hair will be the one you will WANT to talk to (if you go through with going) don’t bother bringing any repairs because they are booking months out. I ended up taking mine to Springfield and they seemed much more knowledgeable on exactly what I needed fit wise and had a seven day ETA!!
