The service was fine, they did what they said they would but the owner is a prick. I was quoted to get the job done and they ran into an issue and wanted to blame us for it, i cant pay for someone elses mistakes, so i wanted an explanation why my bill was higher than quoted, the owner jumped on the phone and started screaming at me calling me names out of nowhere, i was having a professional conversation with the lady, i also didnt have any issues with the mechanics, but he was very unprofessional, next time if i break down in that area i will take my chances with TA or LOVES or tow my truck rather than dealing with this owner, KEVIN learn some manners, learn to communicate with peopole, screaming will just get you these types of reviews
UPDATE: The part the they replaced was possibly used cannot prove it, but they charged me for a new part, my truck broke down again with the same issue, fixed this time propperly for $107....they charged me $1400+ to get this same job done initially, RUN RUN RUN do not use...

Had a young man travel from bonifay to marianna ⦠literally to bring a compression kit and a makeshift rod to open our truck door that locked that literally took 15 minutes . We was charged $229 . We was told that was a discount!? Seriously a discount? I could only imagine what full price would have been. The young man stated they are charging $4.50 a mile ⦠so that truck he was using is averaging about 20 miles a gallon ⦠if Iām doing my math right thereās something wrong there. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorst experience ever! We waited 6 hours while the mechanic Carl was supposedly "getting a part" and doing who knows what. No clear updates, no communication. And then thereās dispatcher Casey, who clearly has no idea how to speak to customers ā rude, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful. We remained polite the entire time, but apparently that doesnāt matter here.
To make things even worse, Casey didnāt even know how to process an EFS check and acted like we were trying to scam her. Completely unacceptable. With that kind of behavior and lack of basic knowledge, people like her should clearly be fired.
When the mechanic finally showed up, he fixed the issue in 15 minutes, and they charged us $1000. For what? For the wait, the attitude, and 15 minutes of work? This is outright robbery.
I strongly do not recommend this service. If you donāt want to ruin your day and waste your money ā stay far away...
