Burger King — Restaurant in Chipley

WARNING: Inspect your "food" very closely here. I got through eating most of a burger and part of a pill fell out of the inside of it. The elderly lady at the drive up blew it off as flour and rudely walked away while I was talking. She came back with the Mgr who just stood there saying nothing while punching buttons on the cash register and I told him start to finish what happened. He never said a word until I asked if he heard me and all he said was "yes, sorry sir." And it looked like he had a smirk on his face. As I drove home my heart rate and BP skyrocketed. The last few miles I felt falling down drunk. I barely got into my house and passed out cold for 4 hours. When I came to my legs felt weird and I got up and laid down on my bed and next thing I know I woke up 12 hours latter. I then filed a police report and a health dept. Report. I also called another location and explained to that Mgr what happened and she said the district Mgr would call me immediately. But they never did. BK could not care less about customers or contaminated food. I'm guessing someone accidentally dropped their break time "treat" into my burger. Or maybe it was their meds. Who knows. All I know is it's the last time I buy anything at BK and if you buy anything there it probably would be wise to inspect it thoroughly before...

Hi I travel through the butterfly on my way to Panama City daily I almost always stop at the Burger King. I got to know are very friendly considering the conditions at work under two people to go there and it takes 15 minutes just to get through the ordering process and another 15 minutes to wait for your burger obviously these times are ridiculous and knowing the problems that people being very nice I've always been very patient one time however I was question limit and I called the complain because my daughter wasn't right thank you very nice took my name tell me that don't have to get replaced and just went into the Burger King to get my free phone and the manager told me I had 7 days and it's too late this was one I've never met before didn't see what I worry whether I was coming back or not you never get the same thing twice even if you order it twice just other stuff really nice people overworked understaffed . I'm driving I do not have time to proofread this for you do not want to stop at the Burger King...

Zero! I had to push 1 star!....my hamburger was dry, old, luke warm and over cooked. My cheese looked as if it just came out the cooler meaning it was still cold and unmelted. The fries were first... cold. Second they old and grease soaked. I don't even think the heat lamp was on. Now on to the nuggets. I've had better at a elementary school. I really don't like to give a bad review however in this case....it was necessary. The worst part about it is the manager took my order and handed me my food. Indirectly and directly she responsible for that bad food and this review. It was entirely too slow for the food to have been this cold. Complaints and exchanges are only seen by the two parties. I feel everyone needs to know service sucked on this day! My 2 year old only ate the bacon, which was crispy by the way(👍),1 chicken nugget substitute (before passing the others back) wouldn't even try the fries.
