I want to start off saying Service was friendly and they "fixed" my issue as soon as I called the front desk. We checked in and immediately inspected the room because who doesn't when you pay to stay somewhere thats supposed to be clean. Immediately realized the dirty floors and counters but stayed positive because things can be missed from time not a huge deal. Continued on with the inspection only to find more very dirty areas including mold in the AC unit, very dusty AC unit, blood on the blankets, toilet and wall/door. Now we had already called the front desk and they changed the sheets for us but they put more stained sheets on the bed and still never changed the top comforter where most of the dried blood stains were. We showed them the nasty pillows and even took them out of the pillow cases and they only changed the worst stained pillow and just replaced the pillow cases on the rest. As you can see in the pictures posted below it was a very dirty room. We are hoping they make it right with a refund since this is way below the expectations for a hotel room and if needed the issue will be escalated to corporate.

I stayed here 2 times, one coming from Florida to Texas and second time 2 weeks later going back to Florida from Texas. I was hoping the second time it would be different and that was not the case. The rooms are dirty but many might think otherwise when they don’t understand the importance of real sanitized clean rooms. Right when you come in the rooms smell fine, the bed is made nicely, the covers seems clean but the door knobs, doors, restrooms, and remote control are extremely dirty. I clean remote controls and the wipe I clean it off with be looking like I just cleaned my shoes. Hairs, dirty water under sink and floors, toilet with poop, and hairs, bathtubs not clean at all. This shouldn’t be acceptable. How can I go eat breakfast in the morning without feeling like nothing was sanitized? Not even my 3 year old wanted to use those toilets. Not acceptable. Both times I stayed here, different floors, different room same exact issues. You will need a lot chemicals to remove toilet buildup if you keep this going.

First hotel I had been to since COVID Pandemic. The suite was great. Plenty of lights. The ac was not working. But repaired when I returned to room. It was set on 70°F. That was cold to me. No blankets. Bathroom- lotion and face wash on wall opposite facebowl. Body wash and shampoo over tub/shower. These items were locked to the wall. No shower cap- no problem. I brought my own. The TV channels did not match the card with channels. Plenty of outlets. Wifi great. Window- pull down colored shade with a sunscreen to keep bright light out. There was a card for guest to select items to be replenished and when room needed to be cleaned. The bed had no bedspread Yes, great idea. Overall Holiday Inn Express has found away to remove unnecessary items that could easily spread viruses. The breakfast had a nice selection. Biscuit and gravy. For those who love this. The staff friendly and helpful. I can't wait to go back.

My family and I stayed 2 nights. Upon our arrival we found the hotel under construction and our room was dirty. We found dead bugs, used lotion bottles, mold, hair...I have pictures. When my wife said something to Mike at the front desk, nothing was done because house keeping was out until the morning. In the morning I spoke to the GM, Vicki who truly only made the situation worse due to here inability to properly handle the situation and our discussion. When I told her that she was providing poor customer service she was shocked because she informed me she had been doing this for 9 years and never had a complaint, clearly I could tell because she didn’t know how to deal with an upset customer. I told her she was welcome for the feedback. Long story short, the hotel was overcharging for what it was able to offer and misinforming their customers. If I knew everything that was going on at this hotel, I would have stayed elsewhere. When the GM finally started to try to make things right, it was to late for me because I had to get on my meetings that were starting in less than 30 minutes. Horrible experience and horrible hotel and service. What saddens me the most, is I have never had to write such a bad review until now. Thanks you and I hope someone attempts to make this right vs just taking $20...

My family and I were traveling to Orlando. We had booked this hotel 2 weeks prior to arriving because it's our "halfway" point. We booked a 2 queen bed room. The day we were suppose to check in I realized we were going to be late, so I called the hotel to inform them our checking would be almost midnight. The person I spoke to said it was not a big deal that they would have our room ready for us. We arrived closer to 11pm and the woman at the front got us checked in pretty quickly. We were all exhausted from our 8 hour drive we did that day and ready for sleep! When we entered our room there was ONE king bed and "sofa" (more like a lounge chair) for my two 12 year old kids, my husband and mysself to sleep on. This was not ok. We grabbed our stuff and went back down stairs, thinking there was a mistake. When we got back to the front desk, the woman was outside smoking and I had to ask her to help us. She said that we had booked a king room. I showed her where the email clearly said 2 queens. She became a bit more polite and offered to give us a cot bed, because she didnt have a room with 2 queens available. We have stayed with Holiday Inn many times, this is the first time we had this issue. We still plan to come back, I'm just hoping it won't...

This was the worst experience we had ever had in a hotel. The front desk woman was rude, nasty and unprofessional. We had the reservations for weeks and are premier elite IHG members and notified the hotel we would be arriving very late. It was after 3 am and we were given the worst room in which the window was approximately six feet from the parking lot with a car pointed right toward us. We had no privacy unless the shades were drawn. We didn't get to sleep until 5am and the front desk called at 10:30 am to say we needed to be out of the room by 11. I told her we were just getting up and would do our best but we needed a late checkout. She said she needed the room but finally agreed we had until 12 pm. She then came banging on our door at 11:20 saying she had to talk to me. I told her we weren't dressed but we would be leaving before 12. She kept telling me to open the door. Finally she went away. We checked out a 11:45. She was outside watching us pack up our car. The day before our car had been hit by an 18 wheeler truck and the driver's side was smashed so rain was leaking into the car. We asked her for a rag or something to put in the window and she said no! This was the most unpleasant experience we had at a hotel on a 14...
