I can begin to say enough about the staff @First Federal here in Bonifay Fl. Sandy Spears, Celena Cook, David Whitaker, and Julie Steinbach, and Taylor Duffell, have been so helpful to me. They have all made me to feel important and valued as a customer. They make me feel like family. The best thing I’ve done is become connected with the great people here @First Federal. I love banking at First Federal! I started my first bank account with them as a high school student 10 years ago and have been with them since. Over the years, I have come to know most of the employees from my banking interactions and they have all been so kind and helpful each time. Their consistency and customer service is unmatched. I've been banking here for the last 10 years. Never had a problem until this year. My account was overdrafted then on the same day was cleared by my check that is direct deposited on the same day every week. I was still charged the NSF fee and 6 dollars overdraft fee. Which put my account back in the negative to be charged another NSF fee. I called and spoke to someone that would not listen, was really rude and all in all refused or Couldn't help me is what I was told. Where is the customer service...
