Hello There I'm so not pleased with the medical gallery. On 9/5/2024 my doctor sent a referral to them and the insurance I have told me that they covers everything I was charged a co pay of 55.00. so I reach out to my insurance company and they told me that they shouldn't have charged me no co pay so I went to call him and I wasn't rude or cussing or anything I told him I wasn't trying to cause problems nor upset anyone and his response was I had already did that so I was trying to explain to him and he said he will not be doing business with me nor taking my calls and he wasn't refunding me my co pay and hung up on me before I could explain myself and he also hung up on the insurance company as well. Very Very unprofessional as a owner/ manager just know my insurance company is looking into this Mr. Helm's before any payments are made and just know karma does comes back on a person. You lied and said there was an upgrades the rollator I just got is the same as my first one and I have the same insurance that I had before nothing changed only a different color and there's no basket on it you flat out lied. My opinion is don't go to the medical gallery the owner/ manager is rude and nasty along with Amanda D. She's the one who waited on me. Read moreI stopped at the Medical Gallery today because I needed a bolt replaced on my rollator. I am 67, with several chronic diseases which fatigue me a lot so I struggled to get it out of my car & to even open their heavy door! I'm pretty sure a young lady sitting in a cubicle on the side could see my struggles because I saw her watching me struggle to get it back in my car after I walked out angry! As I said I needed a bolt replaced to be able to use the basket under the seat. With it missing, the brackets were dropping down onto the wheels keeping them from turning & making the rollator unusable. No personnel were present when I walked in until the young lady finally came out of the cubicle on the side. When I explained what I needed, she told there would be a $25 charge for liability reasons! I told her to enjoy NOT getting S25 from me & walked out! As I said I struggled to get it back in my car, getting very fatigued and she sat watching me! I will drive 100 miles if necessary but won't EVER go back there! I only have it 1 star because I couldn't enter my 'review'...
Read moreWe had a very positive experience this morning (05/09/23) when we went into the store for an appointment for my hubs to get his CPAP. We were greet by Cheyenne who was as pleasant in person as she has been on the phone. We filled out a bit of paperwork and then met with the specialist who went over the machine in great detail. He showed us how to clean the machine, how to properly use and the importance of wearing it every time he sleeps for either a nap or for the night. He answered all of our questions thoroughly. He stressed if we had any questions whatsoever day or night to call. We are very pleased with the service...
