Very friendly staff. Have taken our son several times over the past 10 years for hair cuts. Always satisfied with hair cuts and the kindness of staff shown with us and our son. Recently set app. For finger nails to be done. Called and they set me an appointment for 2 o'clock. When I got there about 5 minutes to 2 the lady that scheduled me and also her that was going to be putting on my nails was in fact getting her hair done by another employee. If she was running late due to her running behind with another client would be understandable. However although she scheduled me for 2 o'clock due to her getting her hair done I had to wait 30 minutes past the app. Time she set for me. Then the nail jobis very less than the industry standard in regards to the quality of work done. There are voids in between where finger nails come into contact at the finger not on one finger but on everyone of them. On three of the fingers there are gobs of acrylic hardened up and left underneath the front of three of the finger nails. Looks like a kid playing witha hot melt glue gun. Any business that has employees operating underneath the name of its business should be concerned with a quality of work that said employees are subcontractors per se are putting out in regards to Quality. The name of the business and its reputation are in fact affected by the quality of work being performed by any person. The business name and its reputation should still be of concern to the named owner. If not who is being held to any degree of accountability in regards to Quality of work and said services.. The company owner saying such thi g as that will not have anything to do with me that will have to be determined by the employ that done the work. As if after seeing the work and knowing it was less than satisfactory job done by employee that they had know say in regards to whether or not there should be any degree of responsibility to them in regardsto satisfying the customer too them seems to be a way of avoiding any responsibility for anybody involved in regards to...

I know thick hair is hard to cut, but I have NEVER had my hair cut this bad before. It looks like there are good hair stylist there, but Tina did my hair and even after having her fix it, it is still uneven, the whole back layer of my hair is about an inch longer than the rest.
